Vilka persondata samlas in och varför?

För att kunna upprätthålla kundkontakt sparar jag ner kundens namn samt e-postadress och telefonnummer om den behövs för kundkontakt.


Meddelanden som sänds via kontaktformulär sparas som e-post. Inget annat register med meddelanden uppförs.


Detta är inget registrerat sjuk- eller hälsovårdsföretag. Inga elektroniska journaler uppförs i kundens namn. Inga personsignum sparas. Kunden tilldelas ett kundnummer och vid behov kan anteckningar som stöd för processen noteras under kundnummer.


Allt som diskuteras under kundträffar är fullständigt konfidentiellt och jag följer samma tystnadsplikt som man förbinder sig till vid arbete inom social- och hälsovården. Inför varje påbörjad kundkontakt undertecknas ett kontrakt av kunden och mig där detta garanteras.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
